At Pryde Designs, we offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to custom interior design, specializing in high-end spaces such as kitchens, living rooms, libraries, home offices, and more. Phase One: Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation, where we get to know your goals, style preferences, and how you live in your space. Whether you’re dreaming of a chef-worthy kitchen, a functional home office, or a custom-built library, we’ll identify the vision and scope of your project.

Phase Two: Concept Design & Presentation
Our design team will thoughtfully develop and present up to three unique and fully tailored design concepts, each crafted to reflect your style, functional needs, and the character of your home. These concepts may include layout variations, cabinetry styles, finish palettes, and design features that showcase different ways to bring your vision to life. Alongside these visuals, you’ll receive a detailed Preliminary Quote that outlines the projected cost of custom cabinetry and includes allowances for key elements such as countertops, hardware, backsplash materials, professional installation, and applicable taxes. This early estimate helps provide financial clarity and ensures we’re designing within a framework that supports your goals.

No charge for this first step. It’s your opportunity to explore what’s possible and see how we can bring your vision to life.
Phase Three - Detailed Design Development
Once a direction is chosen, we dive into the details—refining your design and creating a full plan for the project. This includes:
Final cabinetry layouts and finish selections
Planning for custom millwork like built-ins, shelving, and paneling
Developing renovation scope (demolition, plumbing/electrical changes, finish carpentry)
Providing a Final Quote for all cabinetry and a detailed renovation budget
Every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure your kitchen, living room, office, or specialty space is as functional as it is beautiful.
Your Cost –
$2500 Retainer – A non-refundable design deposit credited toward your cabinetry purchase or project total. If your project doesn’t move forward, it covers the time, site visits, and planning work completed during this phase.
Phase Four - Production and Material Procurement
At this stage, every detail of your new kitchen or custom space has been finalized, and we’re ready to move forward with placing your cabinetry and material orders.
Your Cost –
50% of the total cost of Cabinetry
Phase Five - Cabinet Delivery & Installation
Once your custom cabinetry is complete and ready for delivery, the remaining balance on your cabinetry order will be due before it is released. We’ll coordinate delivery directly to your home or job site.
From final delivery to expert installation, Pryde ensures a seamless transition from design to reality. Our team is here to manage every detail, making your renovation process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

If you’ve chosen Pryde for cabinetry installation, you’ll receive a detailed construction proposal from our construction division, Pryde Contracting. This proposal outlines the scope of work, timeline, and installation costs, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before work begins.
